Cynthia Loya is an Occupational Health & Safety Professional with over 17 years of experience supporting large-scale construction and general industry operations, including aviation, aerospace, and renewable energy projects. A hands-on safety leader, she specializes in operational oversight, risk mitigation, and effective coordination at every level of a project. Her expertise is supported by multiple industry-recognized safety certifications, licensure as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and recognition as the 2025 El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Construction Woman of the Year.
