A field-first safety leader, she brings expertise in operational oversight, risk mitigation, and project-level coordination — backed by multiple industry-recognized certifications and licensure as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

In 2025, Cynthia was recognized as the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Construction Woman of the Year — a testament to the dedication and leadership she brings to every job site and every client she serves.

Lorenzo Aguilera is a U.S. Army Veteran and Co-Founder of CMG Safety Industries, LLC. With over a decade of experience spanning federal operations, logistics, and occupational safety, Lorenzo brings a disciplined, systems-focused approach to everything CMG delivers.

Holding OSHA 510, OSHA 30-Hour Construction, and Lean Six Sigma certifications, he leads CMG's business development, client relations, and operational strategy ensuring every client receives solutions that are tailored, compliant, and built to last.
